Registration
After signing up as a customer you need to fill the community enrollment form to become a Fashion Consultant.
Everyone who is over 18 years of age and is an Indian citizen is eligible to become a Fashion Consultant. You will need to be invited by an existing Ventreworks India distributor as well to Sign Up.You will also need a valid Government ID to enroll as a Fashion Consultant.
You can enroll as a Fashion Consultant for FREE by filling community enrollment form. Subject to certain terms and conditions.
Ventreworks India also does not charge any amount for any kind of training and become a Fashion Consultant. As a Fashion Consultant, you only have to pay for the Ventreworks India products that you order on our website.
Product Order
You have to follow some easy steps to order in Ventreworks India.
To Place an order on the website as a customer or community Member -

- Browse our website and select your favorite products
- Just fill your shipping details for place your order Online.
Ventreworks India delivers all orders within 5-7 working days. Product delivery may take some time if the person ordering does not response due to any reason.
We believe strongly in our product so much so that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with our product you may return it within 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund.
The Following conditions apply when returning a product:
- The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice.
- All tags/labels/packaging should be intact before returning an item.
- Ventreworks India reserves the right to accept or reject any claim in case the physical product does not match the description of the product sold or if the product does not fall within the timeline during which it can be returned.
- The Customer will either be offered a refunded to his or her source bank account.
- All handling charges for shipping an item or items must be borne by the Customer.
You will receive the confirmation of each order through SMS or email on your mobile number. Your invoice will clearly mention the invoice number and your order history.
The invoice number helps us identify you when you contact Ventreworks India Customer Care. It also helps in solving potential problems more quickly if you need help.
You invoice number is also needed in case you need to make a complaint or return a product.
Payments

No, Ventreworks India does not accept cash on delivery.
If a distributor shares their PAN card details with Ventreworks India, TDS on their earnings will be deducted at the rate of 5%.
If Seller Partner don't share their PAN card details with us in the form of a self-attested copy, we will deduct TDS at the rate of 20% as per TDS rules as defined in the Income Tax Act of 1961.
Shipping
We strive to deliver products purchased from Ventreworks India in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Shipping charges are mentioned below:
Upto Rs 1 to 1000: Rs 99
From Rs 1000.01 to 2500: Rs 149
From 2500.01 to 5000: Rs 199
From 5000.01 to 10000: Rs 299
From 10000.01 to 20000: Rs 499
From 20000.01 to 40000: Rs 699
From 40000.01 to 50000 and above: Rs 999
If the order is cancelled or lost, we will refund the complete order amount.
If order is returned to origin then we will refund the order amount excluding the shipping charges. Once the order is delivered and returned by you then we will refund the order amount excluding the shipping charges.
If you cancel partial order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Cancellation And Returns
You have to send a mail to Ventreworks India at care@ventreworksindia.com from your registered email to cancel your order.However, you can still cancel the order according to returns-and-refund-policy and within the Return Period specifically mentioned on Product’s description page.
Within 48 hours of delivery you should report to customer care team about issues related to order. You can also call us at +91-98186 06555 and register your complaint online and send us a video of unboxing your order and damage product when you deliver your order.
We will refund the money to your registered bank account within 15 working days.

- Distributor must abide the guidelines of Ministry of Consumer Affairs in their daily conduct in addition to our Code of Conduct.
- Distributor cannot sell products over MRP
- Distributor can't use the Ventreworks Inida platform to sell products from other brands.
- Distributor shall respect the decision of customer and shall not compel them to purchase.
- Protect the intellectual property rights of Ventreworks India.

If a Distributor fails to follow the Code of Conduct, his/ her Distributor License is liable for immediate termination or such other disciplinary actions such as Forfeiture of commission, Suspension of Distributor License, legal action etc. as may be decided by the Company at its sole discretion on case to case basis.
